FIRST EDITION - 2004

"20th Maine and 15th Alabama"

OVERVIEW

The Army of Ohio challenged the Army of Northern Virginia to a clash of arms. 18 officers from each side will play 2 battles each in order to determine a victor. A major victory gets 2 points, a minor victory gets 1 point, and a draw gets 0 points. Army with the most points after the 36 games will be declared the winner.
Army of Ohio provided a list of officers and games they are willing to play, and the Army of Northern Virginia officers choose their opponents.
Games commenced on 15 Feb 04, with an estimated completion time of 30 Nov 04.
Standard rules are in effect (supply wagons and officers cannot be used to block LOS or retreat routes, etc.). Other rules as agreed upon by the 2 combatants.
