ARMY COMMANDER (AC) |
|
|
|
The
Army Commander is responsible for the administration of the Army.
The AC may issue awards and recommendations in conformity with Club
policy. It is the responsibility of the AC to distribute
discretionary OBD points.
All posiitons of command within the
Army are to be approved by the Army Commander. All commanders and
officers in administrative positions serve in their positions at the
pleasure of the AC. The AC may reassign any officer but will only
move an officer to the hospital at the request of the officer or
pursuant to Army policy. The AC may issue regulations for the
Army and develop policies and procedures that are not in conflict with
the rules, policies and procedures of the Club. |

EXECUTIVE OFFICER (XO) |
|
|
|
The
Executive Officer is responsible for the officers in the Army.
The XO shall conduct a monthly roll call and submit a report to the AC
based upon that roll call. The XO is to monitor the activities of
the officers paying particular attention to those officers whose
activities have diminished or those officers who appear to be having
difficulty. The Executive Officer is also to note those officers
who are ready to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
The XO shall make recommendations to the AC concerning officers who
should be considered for admission to the hospital. Staffing
recommendations may be made by the XO to the AC. The XO shall
have such other duties and resposibilities as determined by the AC. |

|
|
ADJUTANT (ADJ) |
|
|
|
|
|
The
Adjutant is responsible for maintaining the records of the officers of
the Army. The ADJ shall organize, manage, and file the start and
end game notifications for all of the officers. Records of
awards, commendations and discretionary OBD points shall be maintained
by the Adjutant. Reports shall periodically be prepared.
The ADJ shall have such other duties and resposibilities as
determined by the AC. |
